Hi friends. It's a day off of work for me today so I'm home enjoying…
The Holiday Prep Challenge
Every year the weather turns cooler in the fall and I think about all the fun, seasonal things I’d like to do between September 1st and New Year’s Eve.
Like go to a fall festival, create memories with my children, and find creative, meaningful gifts to get my loved ones.
But mostly I want to be prepared for the upcoming holiday season!
I want my house to be clean and decorated, and my to-do list to be short and sweet!
That’s why I came up with the Holiday Prep Challenge.
It’s a quick and easy way for you to get yourself and your home ready for the holiday season ahead of time.
The Holiday Prep Challenge is a free email course from me with ideas, info, tips, and ways to be prepared for the season early.
The email messages you get are filled with tips and your “assignments” for each day. Don’t worry, I’m not making you work too hard!
It also includes several printables to use for the challenge and for after. Once you sign up for the challenge, you’ll get all the email messages (once each day) and the printables to download as many times as you’d like.
The Holiday Prep Challenge is this:
Day 1 – Calendars. Follow along with what to do each of the final months of the year with this calendar that has a space for your monthly goals, tasks, daily schedule, and more.
It also has space to take notes and includes a daily calendar. You can print out multiple copies of the monthly and daily calendars.
Day 2 – To Do Lists. Here is where you make your lists for all the things you have to do. You’ll feel less stressed as soon as you dump all your to do items down on paper.
Note what you must get done, and what you can save for a later date.
Day 3 – Inventory. This is where you’ll keep track of all the supplies and things you already have or need to get for a prepared and organized holiday season. Use the boxes to include items for cooking, baking, crafting, decorating and more.
Day 4 – Gift Lists. This the fun and creative part where you get to decide on what gifts you will give to the loved ones on your lists. Take time, think about giving experiences and value and help to people, instead of always spending money. Work on this as time goes on and you can check it twice in no time!
Sign up for the challenge here or by clicking on any link or photo in this post and let us know how you are doing.
Now, get that printer warmed up and let’s get holiday prepping!
I wish I had read this sooner!
