Recently I've been seeing all types of round mirrors for the home and thought one…
My Favorite DIY Projects of 2011
I love this time of year when I can look back and see all that I accomplished in my home. Having a blog is an amazing way to keep track of it all and each time I scan through my posts I remember all the fun I had making these things ~ or so I tell myself at the time. In no particular order, here are some of my favorite DIY projects of the year. Complete with before and after pics.
I’d been wanting a small ottoman for a while and took a risk when I made over this one with zebra fabric.
This was featured on Knock Off Decor.

Another foyer favorite is the sunburst mirror that I made from cedar shims. They are all over blogland and I love seeing how people make them. This was so easy, I’m thinking of making more very soon. Hmm, just where will I put them?

This chair makeover took me quite a while to finish, but it was worth it in the end, don’t you think?

I’ve saved the best for last with our master closet renovation. The before pictures are worth seeing, even though I’m still embarrassed to show you them. Yes this was actually our closet.

In the closet I made a wax paper chandelier, it’s definitely one of my favorite projects of the year.
And that’s my list, favorite projects of 2011. Any favorites you love? Are there other projects I’ve done that aren’t on the list?
