Happy Labor Day friend. I hope you got to relax this weekend. Saturday was my…
My New Craft Corner

A bright pop of color comes via the inspiration board. It was made from an empty frame and homasote (leftover from our foyer project) covered in burlap. I never made one before!

And we’re trying to revive the plant we inherited from the previous owner. I hope it gets lush and green. Send your positive plant vibes my way because I am bad with house plants.

We do still have to paint the doors, but that will come with time. Hold me to it though, don’t let it be April and I still have brown doors.

And the carpet will be replaced before we put in new baseboards. But I’m loving my new creative space. What do you think? What project should I work on next?
It’s my 1st Before & After Party at Thrifty Decor Chick
How awesome! I love the bold blue picture frame. It’s a beautiful eye drawing piece!
I love it! Very organized & spacious 🙂
It’s looking awesome Jessica! Nice work. I wish I had a craft corner, but I don’t have a basement. Uber jealous.
Hi Jessica – I love your colorful framed burlap board – what a great idea. I might just have to add that to my “wanted” list for my office! Found you on twitter and I am excited to read more and get to know you!
So freaking jealous of your huge crafting space! It looks amazing!! I’m usually stuck doing mine in the garage, we aren’t lucky enough to have basements in Texas 🙂 Usually it’s warm enough to be out there, well except this week of course! I really love the bright blue you used on your board, perfect!!
You have been busy – it looks fabulous! How inspiring.
Hooray for mucho room for crafting! =) You’ll be able to get so much done here.
“There will be so much more room for activities!” 😉 lol
