Continuing today with our Haven tour of friends is a sweet lady from the South…
Welcome: Celebrating Everyday Life
Happy Sunday to you 🙂 I love Sundays. Such a lazy day where you get to do anything you want, right?
Today I have a wonderful treat for you, Jennifer Carroll from Celebrating Everyday Life. She is one of the bloggers who I met at Haven. We shared all kinds of stories, blog tips, and even a ride to the airport on the way home.
Jenifer is the queen of entertaining and style. Her photos will have you wondering, “Where does she get all those lovely items? Can she come style my next party?” Here she is to tell you all about Celebrating Everyday Life.
Hello! I was positively clicking my heels when Jessica asked me to share some of my projects with you! My name is Jennifer Carroll. I’m a mom, blogger, designer, stylist, and enthusiastic home entertainer. My blog is called Celebrating Everyday Life ~ and that’s just what I try to do: celebrate all of life’s moments – both big & small.
How do I do this? Well, in a few different ways. Some days you’ll find me refinishing a piece of furniture like this Tutorial on How to Paint with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint:
or this Fall Harvest Table:
but I also like to make up reason’s to celebrate like I did here with this Dessert Under the Stars party:
I’ve recently started making videos of some of the party décor I use which has been a lot of fun! Here’s a link to one that I did just last week on How to Dye your own Coffee Filters:
But where would all this celebrating be without some tasty nibbles & sips? So, I also love to share tasty recipes like this one for Basil Limeade:
or these easy summer appetizers:
I’m all about easy but delish when I’m in the kitchen!
And as if I weren’t busy enough, I also try to publish a quarterly online magazine that’s filled with eye~candy to help you celebrate each coming season with style & ease! You can check out the Summer 2012 issue here.
Thanks for joining me on this tour of my little corner of cyberspace. I hope you’ll visit me! And THANK YOU Jessica for sharing your passion for DIY, your awesome creativity & skill and especially for allowing me to come “play in your sandbox” today!
